The 4 things that a mineral needs to b is:
1) Naturally formed
2) Inorganic
3) A definite crystalline structure
4) Has to be solid
The two groups of minerals are silicates and nonsilicates.
I don't find a tough concept in this.
--Solids
--Naturally Made
--Nonliving
--Crystalline
--Silicates
--Nonsilicates
We wouldn't be alive without minerals.. Soil, Hardware, ect.
4 things a mineral must be...
1.A nonliving material
2.A solid
3.Has a crystalline structure
4.Naturally formed
2 groups of Minerals...
1.Silicate Minerals
2.Nonsilicate Minerals
1 concept...
The shape of minerals are defined by the arrangement of atoms.
1:)A solid
2:)A nonliving organic organism
3:)A Has a crystalline structure
4:)A naturally formed item
1:) Silicate
2:) Non silicate
Concpet:)Everything is crystal clear becuase crystals are minerals!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
4 things a mineral must be...
1. Solid
2. Nonliving
3. Found in nature
4. Definite chrystalline shape
2 groups of minerals...
1. Silicates
2. Nonsilicates
1 concept...
There really isn't a tough concept, just the shape of the atoms and their arrangement.
1 SOLID
2 NONLIVING
3 HAVE A CRYSTALLINE STRUCTURE
AND....
4 MADE IN NATURE (NOT A LAB)
1 SILICATES
2 NONSILICATES
1 NATURALLY MADE THINGS (MINERALS) FORM MANMADE THINGS (BATTERIES, ELECTRONICS, ETC.)
Minerals must be a solid nonliving crystaline and formed in nature.
There are silicates and nonsilicates. What shape the crystals need to be to make gems
The four a mineral needs to be is
1Inorganic
2 Naturally formed
3 A solid
4 Crystalline structure
The two groups of minerals are silicates and non silicates.
I find nothin difficult.
4 things a mineral must have:
1. a solid
2. nonliving material
3. naturally formed
4. crystalline structure
2 groups of minerals:
-silicate minerals
-nonsilicate minerals
tough concept:
- It's hard for me to understand how minerals can harden enough to become a rock.
4 things a mineral must be:
1)Solid
2)Nonliving
3)Have a definite crystalline structure
4)Found in nature
2 groups of minerals:
1)Silicate
2)Nonsilicate
1 tough concept:
1)Nonsilicates do not contain a combination of silicon and oxygen, but the mineral still can contain the element oxygen.
-solid
-non living
-have a definate crystlline structure
-is naturally formed
2 main classes of minerals:
-silicate
-nonsilicate
1 tough concept:
-nonsilicates contain no oxygen but still can contain oxygen.
4 THINGS A MINERAL MUST BE:
A. NATURALLY FORMED
B. INORGANIC
C. SOLID
D. DEFINATE CRYSTAL STRUCTURE
2 GROUPS OF MINERALS:
A. SULFATES
B. SULFIDES
1 TOUGH CONCEPT:
UNDERSTANDING WHICH GROUP OF MINERALS THE EXAMPLES FIT IN.
4 things a minerals must be:
1.naturally formed. 2.inorganic 3.solid 4.has a crystalline structure.
2 groups of minerals:
1. Silicate 2. Non silicate
1 though concept:
That -ate means it's mixed With oxygen but oxides are too.
1.nonliving
2.found in nature
3.solid
4.definite crystalline structure
Two groups are silicates and non silicates
4 things a mineral must be is:
1. must be nonliving.
2. can't be made of gases or liquids.
3. naturally formed.
4. and has a crstaline structure
2. groups of minerals are. Silicate and Nonslicate
The shape of minerals are defined by the arrangement of atoms in the mineral.
4 things a mineral must be is:
1. Must be nonliving
2. Naturally formed
3. Can't be a gas or liquid
4. Has to have a crystalline structure
2 groups of minerals are: silicate and non silicate.
The shapes of the minerals are arranged by the number of atoms in the minerals.
4 things a mineral must be
1) non-living
2) solid
3) found in the nature
4) inorganic
2 groups of mineral
1) Silicate
2) non silicate
1 tough concept
1) crystal clear....caus crystals are a mineral!!

4 things a mineral must be:nonliving, solid, has a crystalline structure, and must be formed in nature.
2 groups of minerals are:
silicate and nonsilicate
Understanding how to classify minerals by traits like color, streak, fracture & clevage, luster, etc.
A nonliving material a solid formed in nature and has a crystalline structure
Silicate and nonsillicate
It's hard for us to understand how he streak work because its one color but the streak is a different
A crystalline struture b solid c inorganic d found in nature 1 silicate 2non silicate concept how classifying them makes sence.
4 things a mineral must be:
1.naturally formed
2.in-organic
3.solid
4.crystalline
2 groups of minerals
1.silicate
2.non-silicate
1 tough concept
Tina-understanding the mineral classes
Maddi-Understanding fracture
1. Is naturally Naturally formed
2. Is Inorganic
3. Has a definite crystalline structure
4. Has to be a solid
Two Groups:
1. Silicates
2. Nonsilicates.
Concept:
How a crystalline structure forms.
1.Solid
2.Found in nature
3.Nonliving
4.Defining Crystaline Structure
Two groups of minerals
1.Silicate

1.silicates
2.nonsilicates
1.diamonds and crystals
Naturally formed, solid, inorganic, and must have a definite crystalline shape.
Silicate minerals and non silicate minerals
