3, 2, 1, Go.

It was a pleasure to meet you all yesterday, by the way. It was a good first day. I am glad to have that speech done, but it was honestly really fun to speak to that many young people at one time. Thanks for listening!

3-2-1 Activity: Please share your thoughts in a comment below. As it will always be, if you do not want your comment to be published just say so. Type "Please don't publish" or "PDP" at the end of your comment. Otherwise, I'll assume that it's okay to post what you write. I like showing off what my students can do!

  • State 3 things you've learned about Mr. Hoegh or your classmates.
  • Name 2 traits about this class. If you need to, use the "Mastery Learning Prezi" (embedded below) to spur your memory.

3 things I have learned about Mr.Hoegh is he has a wife and two girls, he was in plays through out his life, and he has a summer job. Two traits about the class is that we will have classes that we particapate more in and not have lectures, and we will either get it... or get it. I am excited to do labs.

Three things that I've learned about Mr. Hoegh are that he was born in Texas, he played baseball for the Canaries, and that he will be the best teacher ever! In this class we get to use Chrome Books, and we will be doing lots of work all together or in small groups. One thing that makes me excited for this year is all the different things we will learn, and getting to use Ipads, and Ipods in science!

Mr Hoegh has 3 daughters and a wife named Leah. He was in multiple plays as a kid.
Mastry days are when you work at your own pace and all aboard days are when you work with the class.
I'm excited but also nervous to work with the new teachers and new people all years

So far I have learned these three things about Mr. Hoegh. He has 3 daughters and a wife named Leah, he also teaches 8th grade science on the crazy 8 team, and makes great speeches!
This class focuses the most on Earth Science. 90% of our grade is based on standard checks and assignments.
This year I am looking forward to doing experiments.
