Density: Coke vs. Diet Coke

Crazy 8s: Don't let the title of this post fool you. This is not a taste test . Instead, we will test these objects' densities. Please follow the directions that are given below the slideshow.
Coke vs. Diet Coke Density

1.A) i think the coke will float but the diet coke will not!
1.B) because of what they r made of and the materials which are denser.
1.C) whats made up of the pop. The corn syrup vs. the sugar.
1.D) the materiels are made to be lighter in diet coke since its a diet beverage which coke is just for the Taste!
2.)they will float higher in salt water because they r less dense then salt!

Results and Conclussion: both floated but the diet coke floated higher. We believe it might have been because the pop might have been shaken but we r not sure. The diet coke floated higher because the sugar in the regular coke is less dense or heavier....
