- if Earth's axis was not tilted (straight up and down)?
- if Earth was a different distance from the Sun?
- if Earth rotated faster or slower?

If earth was not tilted, we would have no seasons. we would get the same amount of sun light all the time.
If earth had a different distance to the sun, the suns' rays that made it too us would be weaker if we were farther away or stronger if we were closer.
If we rotated at a different speed, the days themselves would be longer or shorter. The sun would heat us up more if they were longer or not enough if they were shorter
No I like it the way it is.
If the earth's axis wasn't tilted then we wouldn't have variance in our seasons. We would get hotter as we moved toward the sun and colder farther away. Our temperature would be almost the same day and night because we would have as much time to heat and cool day to day.
I WOULD NOT ENJOY DRASTIC CHANGES!!!
-if Earth's axis was not tilted (straight up and down)?
We wouldn’t have seasons and wouldn’t have a different.
-if Earth was a different distance from the Sun?
If it were closer to the sun it would be hotter than if we were father
-if Earth rotated faster or slower?
The length of the day would change
2. Would you like any of these changes?
No, because if were to not have an axis all the snow would melt and hurt the animal life and it would be the same temperature all the time.
If Earth was not tilted, there would be no seasons and we would get the same amount of sunlight
If Earth had a different distance from the sun, the sun rays would either be hotter or least direct would be colder.
If the Earth rotated at a different speed, the days would either be longer or shorter. The sun would make it hotter if they were longer or not enough if they were shorter
No I like the way it is.
If the earth was not titled there would be no change in seasons, we would always be in the same seasons. Same with other places around the world.
If the earth was farther from the sun are seasons would be warmer (if closer) or colder (if farther).
If we rotated faster day and night would speed up.
Really I wouldn't like these changes.
1a. there would not be seasons
1b. we would not be able to survive
1c. we would go flying
2a. no i like being alive
If the earth was not tilted we would not have seasons because the sun would always be spread out the same
If the earth was closer to the the sun it would be hotter and if it was farther from the sun it would be colder
If the earth rotated at a different speed the seasons and days would be longer of shorter
No i would not like these changes
1. If the Earth was not titled we would have no seasons at all. We would have the same season everyday. For example people at the equator would have summer, and Antartica would always be in Winter.
2. If we were further away from the sun we would get less sunlight therefor making it colder. If we were closer we would get more sunlight making it warmer.
3.If we rotated faster the days would be longer, and if we were slower we would have shorter days.
1. Then the Earth wouldn't have season changes, we would have the same temp/season year round.
2. Then the Earth would have different temperatures then the temps now, since the sun rays would be weaker or stronger.
3. The the days would be different amounts of time.
I wouldn't like changes, I like it the Earth is.
1. We wouldn't have seasons and the Northern and Southern hemispheres would get the same amount of sunlight.
2. It would be hotter or colder because of the amount of sunlght we get and our year would be a differernt amount of time
3. Our days would be a different amount of time.
4. No
1. Describe what would be different if the following were changed:
-if Earth's axis was not tilted (straight up and down)?
There wouldnt be seasons because there wouldnt be a time when we are tilted towards or away from the sun
-if Earth was a different distance from the Sun?
The seasons would be longer because our year would be longer and if we were further away from the sun, we wouldnt have hotter temperatures
-if Earth rotated faster or slower?
The seasons would be faster or slower
2. Would you like any of these changes?
No.
If the earth was not tilted we would have the same seasons everyday, the same amount of sunlight everyday. If earth was further away from the sun, it would become colder in all seasons. If it was closer it would become warmer in all of the seasons. if the earth rotated faster the seasons and days and years would go by faster, and if it went slower the seasons days and years would be here longer.
If the Earth's axis was not tilted, we wouldn't have our four seasons.
If Earth was a different distance from the sun, we would most likely have a much colder, or hotter form of life.
Lastly, if Earth were to rotate faster or slower on its axis, our seasons would be either much slower, or much faster.
1. If the Earth's axis was not tilted, we would not have any seasons. we wouldn't get the same amount of sun the rays would be weaker. If the Earth rotated faster the days would be a lot shorter, and the days would be longer if the Earth rotated slower.
2. I probably would like shorter or longer days.
If the Earth's axis was not tilted, we wouldn't seasons. If Earth was a different distance from the sun, the Earth would be a different tempurature. If the Earth rotated faster, the moon phases would be different and the days would be longer of shorter. I like Earth the way it is.
1. we would only have one season
2.it would be hotter or colder
3.the day would be longer or shorter
4.yes, if we rotated slowly we would have a longer day
If the earth was not tilted Earth would have the same amount sunlight causing no seasons. If the Earth was a different distance from the sun then the Earth would have colder temperatures. If the Earth rotated faster or slower then we would have longer or shorter days
If the earth was not tilted, there would be no seasons. If earth was a different distance from the sun, we probably wouldn't be here. If earth rotated faster, the days would be faster. If earth rotated slower, the days would be longer.
The longer days i would like, but the rest i wouldn't. who wants to be dead.
1. I think that we would have only one season so pretty much the same time of year all year long
2. The tempature would be either hotter or colder because the sun would not get the same ammount of sunlight that we do now at this range
3. Our days would be either longer or shoter (they would not be the same ammount of time.
4. NO
1a) That would be weird, I don't know what I would do...
b) I think that it would be less warm in different places.
c) We could feel it I think but it wouldn't be to large of a difference.
2) No not really but if I had to have those changes then I would get used to it.
If earth's axis wasn't tilted, I don't think we would have seasons because the amount of direct sunlight would always be the same. If earth was farther from the sun it would be colder because once again, we'd have less direct sunlight! If earth rotated slower, our days would be longer and if it rotated faster, our days would be shorter.
If earths axis wasnt tilted then we wouldnt have seasons and we would get the same amount of sun light all the time. If earth was farther away from the sun then the sun rays that would hit us would be weaker, if the earth was closer to the sun then the sun rays that would hit us would be stronger. If earth rotated faster, our days would be shorter. If earth rotated slower our days would be longer.
